The Transformers program is a fun fitness training program geared toward children who want or need to get fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. Transformers is two-for-one program designed to rehab an injury and get the child on the right track.
In this four to six week program, the child will learn how to exercise properly, the importance of posture and strengthening their muscles, basic nutrition, and how to make healthy food choices. We partnered with a licensed nutritionist to create basic eating guidelines for parents to easily adjust into their family’s lifestyle. Also, the nutritionist will be on-call to answer questions and offer expert advice.
Many times, parents find it hard to get a child involved in activities that are tailored toward losing weight or becoming healthy. So, how do we get the kids interested and motivated? Accountability and rewards. After the child completes their home exercises, we ask the parent to sign off on the home exercise log. If the child completes all their exercises for the week, they get to choose a prize from our Transformers treasure chest. Not only that, the child will receive encouraging words from our expert staff every step of the way. We also encourage parents to adapt these lifestyle changes and have the entire family on board. This creates consistency for the child and eliminates any potential roadblocks. Once the child has graduated from the Transformers program, they will receive a home exercise program easy enough for children to understand and do on their own to ensure they are transformed for life.
